Our Resident Benefits Package with insurance includes insurance coverage up to a $100,000 liability coverage for accidental damage to the rental from fire, water and other perils caused by you and your guests, medical expenses included in the liability coverage, $10,000 coverage limit of personal property contents coverage and $1,000 coverage limit of additional living expense should you need to stay in a hotel. The deductible is $500. The owner’s property insurance does not provide you with any insurance coverage for damage or loss of your personal property. By enrolling in our master renters insurance, you never have to worry about your renters insurance policy expiring as long as timely payments are submitted!
