In addition to full-service property management, we specialize in leasing to find the best qualified tenants for your property. We’ll market your rental, screen applicants, sign the lease, collect the move-in funds then hand over the tenant to you.
Lease-ups of multi-family properties
New multi-family property lease-ups are vastly different from leasing established multi-family properties. Lease ups of new multi-family properties require meticulous marketing and customer service efforts to get the property fully leased. We’ll provide a recommended lease-up strategy, rental rates and marketing to lease your new multi-family property with the best qualified tenants as quickly as possible.
Leasing services includes
Photos of your rental will be taken and a detailed advertisement will be written. Your rental will be marketed online on both paid and non-paid third-party rental sites, our website and the Multiple Listing Service.
Prospective renters will be screened with a detail set of questions then shown the rental.
We will thoroughly screen prospective renters just the same as we do with prospects applying for our full-service management properties. This includes a credit, eviction and background check and income & employment verification. We will notify applicants of their approval.
Lease Signing & Move-in Funds
After applicants are approved, we will coordinate the lease signing and collection of move-in funds for you. The lease can be the CAR (California Association of Realtors) lease or you can provide us with your own lease. Once the lease is signed and move-in funds are received, we will turn over the tenant to you.
